GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are store value cards and can be redeemed at any of our three locations any time we are opened for goods, services, and gratuities. The Bohlsen Restaurant Group includes Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar, Tellers: An American Chophouse, and H2O: Seafood & Sushi. Gift Cards cannot be used on Central Market by BRG orders. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless previously registered. Gift Cards that have been previously registered can be replaced by calling our main office at 631.277.5400 during normal business hours (M-F 9-5) and then can only be re-issued for the amount that is remaining on the card at the time of the request. Shipping and handling charges will apply.

COMPLIMENTARY CARDS
Complimentary Cards are issued free of charge as a courtesy, a promotion, or a donation. Complimentary Cards can be redeemed for goods and services, but not for tax & gratuity. You will be taxed on the complimentary portion of your bill. Complimentary Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed unless previously registered. Complimentary Cards that have been previously registered can be replaced by calling our main office at 631.277.5400 during normal business hours (M-F 9-5) and then can only be re-issued for the amount that is remaining on the card at the time of the request. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Complimentary Cards that are issued for promotional purposes cannot be replaced. Cards issued for promotional purposes are packed with the specific rules & regulations that govern its use. The card is only valid for the promotion the card is associated with only during the promotional period. Complimentary cards can only be redeemed at the restaurant which issued the card. Cards issued for all other reasons other than for promotional purposes expire six months after date of issue. Complimentary Cards cannot be combined. One per check/table.
